  • Our coaching sessions are with select individuals. We start by asking WHO you are, WHY you’re here, and WHAT you’re here to do as a CREATIVE GENIUS!? Then the HOW becomes graceful and natural.

Here’s how the conversation typically follows steps:

  1. Beyond the problem as you see it today, we ask the bigger questions. WHY we are considering this situation that you seem to have to be problematic? We ask a lot of questions here.
  2. What surface and deeper problem are we REALLY trying to solve?
  3. Once we know the practical WHY and WHAT then typically the WHO and HOW really flow along secondarily, as a bridge.
  4. These and many other considerations are tailored to YOUR needs. A path is mapped out using our simple and comprehensive VISTA methodology either on a call for individuals or for organizations delivered as a report with clear recommendations for next actions.
